What to Expect


Wildlife Adventure Weekends offer a deeper, slower, and more immersive experience.
Across two days (and one night), we explore wildlife-rich landscapes, practise fieldcraft, develop nature awareness, and spend unhurried time outdoors. From dawn bird walks to evenings bat detection, It’s the ultimate wildlife connection experience.

This is not survival training. It’s connection-based rewilding, calm, and wildlife-first.


What We’ll Explore

  • Wildlife tracks & signs

  • Bird identification

  • Reading habitats and understanding species behaviour

  • Fieldcraft & moving quietly

  • Nocturnal wildlife ID

  • Ethical, low-impact bushcraft (firecraft, simple campcraft, awareness skills)

  • Nature connection practices & sensory awareness

  • Field journaling and creative noticing

  • Quiet observation, sit-spots & reflective moments

  • Evening fire circle (weather permitting)


What to Bring

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Extra personal snacks

  • Water bottle

  • Torch/headlamp

  • Notebook (optional)

  • Camera (optional)


What’s Included

I provide everything you need for a comfortable and immersive weekend:

  • 1 night’s accommodation in a warm, remote hostel/bunkhouse

  • 4 x meals (simple, hearty, plant-based)

  • Tea, coffee & hot drinks throughout the weekend

  • All guiding & teaching over the two days

  • Use of wildlife ID guides & reference books

  • Use of binoculars (limited spares available)

  • Fire circle & equipment (weather permitting)

  • Indoor space for workshops, journaling & evening sessions

  • All materials for tracking, fieldcraft and nature connection activities
